Great place to have breakfast! Besides the regular menu they have a ton of specials every day. Their baked goods are amazing, the egg combinations terrific, and the incredible hashbrowns simply cannot be beat. Katy was our server and she was efficient, attentive, and fun! All around a perfect breakfast experience. Don't miss it!

Top10 Tip: Eggs Benedict, Quiche, Homemade Desserts

This is a great neighborhood spot with a unique breakfast and lunch menu. The Eggs Benedict and the Quiche at The Oasis Cafe are some of the best we have ever had!

The Oasis Cafe is owned by Jim & Melissa Palermo, the previous owners of the Broken Egg and The Serving Spoon! Jim & Melissa create daily fresh specials for breakfast and lunch.

26 Years ago Jim and Melissa Palermo started The Broken Egg on Siesta Key at the original Avenida Messina site it was small but a true Sarasota gem. Moved down the street to a larger store, then Jim and Mel did some fantastic school lunches at The Out of Door Academy on Siesta Key as well where there kids went to school. Then there was The Serving Spoon on Osprey Ave and that only flourished. The Palermo's family was also expanding. They had Edward and then Jim got the itch again and they decided to go to Vermont for 9 long cold years. A great number of locals and visitors followed Jim & Mel from the original Egg, to the Spoon, and now to the The Oasis Cafe. And they did this for a good reason:)
